I contacted him by phone but didn't go there in person. However, the person who answered explained everything I needed to know so clearly that I was able to make a decision quickly, which reassured me, and that doesn't happen often. Usually, people keep their advice to themselves to get more clients, but not him. I could see in his words the honesty and genuine desire to help me, and I appreciated that.
